Job Summary: The U.S. International Trade Commission is an independent Federal agency that provides the President and Congress with high-quality analysis and technical support on international trade, tariff and competitiveness issues; investigates and makes determinations in proceedings involving imports claimed to injure a domestic industry or violate U.S. intellectual property rights; and maintains the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

Major Duties:

  • MAJOR DUTIES Directs the enterprise architecture, governance framework, and lifecycle management of SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments in compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 security controls. Leads and coordinates technical staff and contractors in diagnosing and resolving complex system outages, performance degradations, and configuration issues using advanced diagnostic methods, including PowerShell scripting. Establishes and enforces enterprise security baselines, access controls, identity practices, and configuration standards. Developing, debugging, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. Developing and implementing incident response and system resilience solutions aligned with federal cybersecurity frameworks.

Specialized Experience To qualify at the GS-15 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience obtained in the private or public sector that is equivalent to the GS-14 level. Specialized experience is defined as 1.) Leading complex IT service delivery initiatives independently at the enterprise level to optimize system performance and ensure mission-critical availability for agency operations. 2.) Developing advanced SharePoint/enterprise solutions as a technical expert to improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and support senior leadership decision-making. 3.) Analyzing multi-platform cybersecurity risks and compliance requirements with minimal oversight to ensure adherence to federal standards and strengthen the agency's security posture. 4.) Managing cross-functional technology modernization and integration projects as a senior project lead to deliver cost-effective enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. AND 5.) Evaluating and advising on complex IT architecture, cloud services, and system enhancements as a senior subject-matter advisor to guide leadership decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
