As the Digital Product Manager Adobe Web Platforms, Global, you will support the development and operations of PwC’s global website ecosystem using Adobe Experience Cloud tools. In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver scalable, localized digital solutions that enhance user experiences, align with marketing and go-to-market strategies, and leverage emerging technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, marketing, analytics, and regional teams to advance PwC’s enterprise web platforms—both globally and locally.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of  

As a Digital Product Manager Adobe Web Platforms, Global you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Implement and continuously enhance Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), to support enterprise digital experiences. 

  • Maintain detailed product documentation and define best practices for scalable, governed web operations. 

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements to support backlog grooming and sprint planning. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-country website builds, ensuring localization, multi-language content, and regional regulatory compliance. 

  • Translate business and user needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams. 

  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage platform integrations, performance optimization, and API usage. 

  • Configure and set up the Content Management System (CMS) architecture to support organizational goals, user roles, and workflows. 

  • Integrate the CMS with other business-critical tools to create a seamless content management ecosystem. 

  • Design and implement scalable content publishing workflows with governance for global content operations. 

  • Develop and enforce content governance standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions. 

  • Participate in content migration from legacy platforms to the new CMS, prioritizing SEO, accessibility, and content accuracy. 

  • Coordinate with IT, content owners, and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate content transitions with minimal disruption. 

  • Implement Adobe Analytics tagging and tracking to support data-driven decision-making and performance reporting. 

  • Collaborate with analytics and SEO teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve site performance. 

  • Support ongoing SEO enhancements, including improvements to metadata, site structure, and user experience. 

  • Define and evolve taxonomy, metadata, and tagging systems to enhance content discoverability and user navigation. 

  • Work with UX, research, and creative teams to develop user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes. 

  • Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experience across all digital touchpoints. 

  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and track progress to ensure timely delivery. 

  • Lead change management efforts, including training, communication, and adoption planning for new features and processes. 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

  • Proven ability to lead digital product lifecycles, from strategy to execution. 

  • Hands-on experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target in enterprise environments. 

  • Deep understanding of CMS platforms, especially AEM, including component-based development and multi-site/multi-language setup. 

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles. 

  • Ability to define and implement scalable publishing workflows and governance models. 

  • Experience implementing taxonomy, metadata systems, and structured content strategies. 

  • Knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance tuning best practices. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and tag management tools like Adobe Launch or GTM. 

  • Understanding of integrating CMS with CRM, DAM, MAP, and other enterprise systems. 

  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1+, GDPR, CCPA, and global digital compliance standards. 

  • Experience supporting global websites with localization and translation workflows. 

  • Ability to lead change initiatives, develop training materials, and drive adoption. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. 

  • Skilled in managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery. 

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and version control systems for collaboration and documentation.
