St Vincent's Health Australia

Digital Marketing Manager

QLD - Brisbane, CBD & Inner Suburbs Full time

Job Description:

Better and fairer care.  Always.

At St Vincent’s Care, kindness works for us. For over 175 years, we’ve been a leading provider of aged care, driven by a legacy of compassion and integrity. As we launch our exciting Bringing Care Home vision, we are taking high-quality, personal care directly into the homes of our communities nationwide.

Are you a strategic, data‑driven digital marketer ready to shape the future of care in Australia?

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition, content strategy and brand visibility across one of Australia’s most trusted aged care and retirement living organisations. This is your opportunity to lead a growing digital function, elevate our digital presence, and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents, families and communities.

You will be the driving force behind our digital ecosystem - leading SEO, paid media, content, social media, website optimisation and digital nurture programs that support our major service streams: Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living. You will influence digital strategy end‑to‑end, manage external agencies, and play a key role in ensuring every digital touchpoint supports our mission of providing person‑centred, compassionate care.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based from our Bowen Hills Head Office, QLD on a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Drive SEO, SEM, paid media, website UX/UI, and social media to support lead generation and brand visibility
  • Oversee the social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign priorities
  • Use data insights and SEO/UX best practices to optimise the full digital journey from discovery to conversion
  • Mentor and lead the Digital Content Producer and Content Writer to support high-impact content creation
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure digital assets align with cross-vertical marketing needs

Things that work for us:

  • At least 5 years in digital marketing with success across paid media, SEO, and website optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports and external agencies
  • Skilled in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, SEMRush, and CMS platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing decisions while balancing hands-on delivery
  • A collaborative style and a willingness to uphold the core values of St Vincent’s
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline

Things that work for you:

  • Opportunity to work for the nation’s largest Catholic not-for-profit health and aged care provider, with a rapidly growing and progressive vision
  • More take-home pay with competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum
  • Be part of a supportive team, where you can grow professionally and make a genuine impact
  • Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families
  • Access to the Fitness Passport (FP) and more!
