Support Distribution Excellence lead by executing and assisting in the ongoing projects
Create strategic communications plans and design specific communication content to meet Distribution Excellence objectives and support the change management for the project outcome
Incorporate and balance all BU objectives in development of Distribution Excellence roadmap
Monitor the requirements and coordinate work between all Distribution Stakeholders
Ensure the governance and responsible for the Transformation Steerco collaterals and follow-up on actions
Responsible for operational readiness at the end of each business capability release (i.e. trainings in place, party involved received the right comms and collateral, UAT successful)
Identify and manage risks and issues affecting the Distribution Excellence outcomes
Track backlog of programs, projects, and initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive Distribution Excellence scope
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
At least 3-4 years experiences in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferred
Excellent skills in MS Office Suite
Ability to deliver execution excellence
Customer centric
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables
Deep understanding of project governance, execution and project risk management standards
Innovative and collaborative mindset
Good business acumen
Hands-on and accountable
Data Driven
Practical and fast learner in a fast-paced environment
