We’re seeking a Digital Conversions Manager – Social to lead high-impact paid social strategies focused on maximizing performance and ROI. You’ll manage campaigns, mentor teams, and optimize delivery across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and optimization of paid social conversion campaigns.
Oversee audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics.
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to refine messaging and delivery.
Ensure accurate tracking, pacing, and ROI performance across all campaigns.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Stay on top of new tools, features, and conversion innovations.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Experience managing budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
