Job Description:

The Digital Conversions Manager – Search will drive paid search strategies that convert intent into measurable results. You’ll own SEM performance across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring data-led optimization and ROI growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end management of paid search campaigns across multiple markets. 

  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages to improve performance. 

  • Analyze keyword data and identify growth opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to ensure alignment on search intent and conversion goals. 

  • Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Stay up to date on trends in search, automation, and AI-driven optimization. 

Requirements 

  • 6–8 years of experience in paid search, SEM, or performance marketing. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. 

  • Experience with automation scripts, Smart Bidding, and feed optimization. 

  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
