We are looking for a talented Development Communications Associate to join our team!

What you will do?

• Support and coordinate communication with members and prospects throughout the lifecycle of their home projects.
• Assist with scheduling and preparing member meetings, site walks, and project milestones.
• Track project progress across design, permitting, tendering, and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits, document progress, and produce photo and status reports.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, reports, and project documentation.
• Support the team with design documentation and development reporting.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Background in customer service or a role requiring strong client interaction.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe tools and Microsoft Project is a plus.
