Job Description:
The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting active business initiatives while participating in structured onboarding and professional development. You will report to the manager on your respective team.

What You'll Do
Bring fresh eyes to media analytics & operations processes and identify where AI can make them smarter, faster, or more valuable
Design and build AI agents that automate and improve real workflows across the Decisioning practice
Run structured tests to validate that what you build actually works and delivers measurable value
Build professional presentations that articulate the problem, the solution, and the business case to senior stakeholders
What You'll Walk Away With
Hands-on experience working with AI tools and agentic technology in a real enterprise environment
The ability to build and deliver executive-level presentations that tell a clear story
A working understanding of value proposition development — how to frame "why this matters" for a business audience
Exposure to media operations at scale across major agency brands
A portfolio of real projects you conceived, built, tested, and presented
Qualifications
U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027
No prior professional experience is required to apply.
Creative, curious thinkers who see data and technology as tools for solving real business problems, not just technical exercises
Students with foundational degrees in Psychology, Economics, Advertising, Commerce, Communications, or related fields - we want diverse perspectives, not just coders
Genuine passion for AI and how it's reshaping how businesses make decisions
Comfortable with ambiguity - you'll be building things that don't have a playbook yet
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
