바이탈에어코리아는 2006년부터 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 만성호흡부전, 폐쇄성수면무호흡증 등 호흡기 질환 환자를 대상으로 의료기기에 적용된 홈헬스케어 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 바이탈에어는 에어리퀴드의 글로벌 홈헬스케어 브랜드입니다.

Reporting to Procurement Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the overall HC procurement activities and import/export logistics. This incumbent should closely interact with HC Local Business Owners (Business development & Sales), Operations (RA, Asset & Inventory and CDM) and external suppliers incl. manufacturers to achieve the company's goals and objectives such as procurement efficiency.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Procurement Management

Review all requested Purchasing Requisitions and approve the corresponding Purchase Orders through the system (EPIC) on a daily basis
Implement best practices in sourcing including managing supplier database and consistent update of suppliers list
Close collaboration with business and supporting functions
Initiate Local procurement projects for efficiency in both cost and procedure including blanket PO
Perform the periodic training to PR requesters
Monitor supply plan closely, catch inventory supply risk and propose mitigation action plan.

2. Logistics Management

Manage all local / overseas (import/export) logistics activities to supply devices/consumables to VAK teams on time
Contact with overseas suppliers & manage freight country tax invoice / return
Keep track of logistics and update the progress with internal stakeholders
Ensure EDI adjustment of customers clearance for imported goods with customs agents
Review all matters necessary for import and customs clearance and proceed responsibly until warehousing

3. Others

Cost Control : Meet annual OPEX and CAPEX targets by leading cost-saving projects and negotiating better prices with local suppliers.
Supplier Management : Manage supplier performance and qualifications through annual appraisals and questionnaires while negotiating with partners to ensure the best business outcomes.
Reporting & Analysis : Analyze monthly spending and procurement efficiency metrics while validating data to ensure accurate financial forecasts.

Are you a MATCH?

Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 3 years of experience in import/export customs clearance and related operations
Proficiency in ERP systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools is preferred
Ability to read and write in English is required ( Conversational English is preferred)
