About the Role
The Data & Reporting Analyst will join ICF's Administrative Operations & Systems (AOS) organization to help transform value stream data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed decision‑making across ICF"s corporate teams in Procurement, Pricing, Finance, and Operations.
This role will initially focus on Source‑to‑Pay data within the Zycus platform, owning monthly spend data processing in Zycus iAnalyze, building executive and operational dashboards, and supporting AOS reporting governance. Over time, the role will expand to support additional enterprise applications managed by the AOS team, including the Client Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytically curious professional who enjoys solving complex data challenges, documenting repeatable processes, and partnering with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver trusted insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Ownership & Processing
Own monthly iAnalyze spend processing, including data intake, normalization and classification, quality validation, reconciliation to source systems, and adherence to defined refresh cadences.
Coordinate data refresh timelines and stakeholder communications to ensure consistency, reliability, and auditability.
Reporting & Analytics Development
Design, build, and maintain Zycus iAnalyze dashboards and reports for Procurement leaders and category teams, publishing standardized views and enabling curated self‑service analytics.
Design, build, and maintain Zycus Insight Studio dashboards for leaders and end users; manage shared report folders and standardized reporting assets.
Develop and support Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX measures, and row‑level security, to meet executive and operational reporting needs.
Platform & Reporting Governance
Provide functional and administrative support for Zycus reporting modules, including iAnalyze, iRisk, Insight Studio, iManage, and iSave (roles and permissions, issue triage, defect tracking, and release awareness).
Partner with Procurement leadership and Business Transformation to define and execute the reporting strategy, including executive reporting packs, adoption KPIs, taxonomy governance, and training materials.
Documentation & Enablement
Maintain comprehensive reporting documentation, including data lineage, transformation logic, calculations, dashboard guides, and change request history.
Contribute to and enhance the AOS knowledge repository to ensure repeatability and continuity.
Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate closely with AOS Applications Administration and IT on integrations, data quality initiatives, and logging/monitoring to sustain reliable reporting pipelines.
Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of AI tools and agents as part of the AOS analytics roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reporting, including ownership of production dashboards and scheduled data refreshes.
Additional Qualifications Required
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, row‑level security), advanced Excel, and SQL for data preparation and validation.
Solid understanding of core data concepts, including cardinality, parent‑child relationships, and strategies for joining large datasets.
Demonstrated ability to document processes clearly and communicate insights effectively to both leadership and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with procurement and spend analytics, including taxonomy management, vendor normalization, and GL/AP data integration.
Experience defining executive reporting packs and establishing analytics governance models.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement functions, including category strategies, supplier risk, and compliance controls.
A data‑engineering mindset, with familiarity in ETL best practices, reproducible pipelines, testing/validation, and change management.
Proficiency with Python and/or Spark, and advanced use of complex Excel or Java functions.
Hands‑on experience with the Zycus reporting stack (iAnalyze, Insight Studio) and familiarity with iRisk, iManage, and iSave.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$67,063.00 - $114,008.00Reston, VA (VA30)
