Compensation: $34.71 - $34.71/hour

Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry Clerk lll (Lead). This position supports the Production Manager by maintaining, analyzing, and aligning EAM data across multiple platforms, including Maximo, Defense Health Agency systems, and the Technical Library. The role requires accuracy, technical proficiency, and strong data management skills to ensure system integrity and workflow efficiency. 

Typical duties include but are not limited to:  

  • Support the Production Manager in managing data across Skookum Maximo, NAVFAC Maximo, DMLSS, and the Technical Library. 

  • Lead the EAM Shop; guide and assist Data Entry Operators in achieving data management and workflow goals. 

  • Maintain and enhance EAM data, including assets, job plans, costs, and preventive maintenance records. 

  • Improve system performance through optimized job plans, linked warranty information, and accurate asset tagging. 

  • Develop, maintain, and validate data in Maximo and other Government systems to ensure accuracy and contract compliance. 

  • Scrub data and execute queries to identify discrepancies; generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. 

  • Manage and digitize the Technical Library, including OEM manuals, warranties, and key reference materials. 

  • Lead administrative aspects of the preventive maintenance program, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting. 

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for Maximo and related systems. 

  • Collaborate with internal and Government stakeholders to align data standards and improve efficiency. 

  • Utilize handheld or electronic devices for data entry, documentation, and material ordering. 

  • May be required to respond to call-backs or after-hours requests based on operational needs. 

 

Qualifications:   

  • Highschool Diploma/GED is required. 

  • 3-5 years in Office Automation and Data. 

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL). 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 ounds. 

  • May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. 

  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required 

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

  • A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
