Cyber ServiceNow Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery workshops to gain client business concepts, requirements, and alignment  

  • Define goals and create/convey the vision for projects while aligning with client business objectives which translates to a roadmap for execution  

  • Own the product backlog by working continuously with our clients to drive prioritization and identify dependencies that drive the development sequence  

  • Effectively negotiate priority of our client’s needs across our portfolio of work  

  • Oversee development stages by planning, refining, and reviewing all items in the sprint  

  • Learn the client’s business processes and anticipate their needs  

  • Act as primary liaison and facilitate “buy-in” from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy resulting in clear instructions and deliverables for developers  

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience including ServiceNow Administrator certification  

  • Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst supporting the implementation and on-going administrative support for ServiceNow Modules  

  • 3-5 years of people and client management experience in a consultative environment  

  • 3 years of experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe  

  • Significant business analysis or systems analysis experience working in both the business and IT environment  

  • Significant professional experience as a business analyst for an enterprise ITIL/ITSM platform  

  • Experience defining business problems, creating business strategies, or identifying business opportunities  

  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology  

  • Knowledge of and experience with ITIL/ITSM principles and concepts  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification  

  • Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology and software  

  • Familiarity with complementary IT service management frameworks, such as project management, business analysis, LeanIT, COBIT, DevOps, and Cloud Computing

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $157,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
