Associate, Investment Performance Analytics & Client Reporting, Investment Operations - Hong Kong / Singapore

The role will be based in Hong Kong / Singapore with the expectation of a hybrid work model.

PineBridge Investments is seeking a 12 month contract associate for our Asia investment operations team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc performance and performance analytics reports for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Perform attribution/contribution analysis for equity, fixed income and multi-assets portfolios to explain portfolios’ active return;
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client deliverables by coordinating the information from various applications / teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines;
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to requests for performance and risk data from clients, sales and marketing, and management;
  • Assist on the maintenance of composites in accordance with GIPS; and support annual external verification;
  • Respond to ad hoc queries including RFPs & DDQs;
  • Support various projects, including automation efforts and system implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years’ relevant experience preferred in Performance and Quantitative Analysis field gained with asset management or fund house; experience in fund operation is also considered.
  • Degree holder in finance or related disciplines;
  • Good understanding of portfolio analysis including performance calculation methodologies (GIPS standards), risk analytics and quantitative models;
  • Team player, able to work independently and possess a positive “get the job done” attitude;
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skill;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel;
  • Experience in Bloomberg PORT+, Factset, Blackrock Aladdin with be considered favourably;
  • Good command of English.
