As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Pernod Ricard Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships and managing expectations with both customers and internal stakeholders. Our Customer Service team is a vital component of the Pernod Ricard Pacific Integrated Operations division.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Have a deep understanding of the FMCG products being offered to effectively assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
What you will bring to the role
Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and take initiative in high-pressure situations
Naturally inclined to be the go-to person with a positive and proactive mindset
High level of empathy and patience in handling diverse customer queries
Skilled at building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally
Experience in supply chain or exports desirable
JDE experience an advantage
