Meaningful Work From Day One


In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end order management across assigned markets, ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder relationships, and timely, accurate execution of all customer service
activities. You will play a key role in supporting supply chain processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining exceptional service levels for our customers.

This is a 12 months maternity cover contract (office/hybrid role - 4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home).

What You Can Expect


Customer Service

- Be a single point of contact for dedicated international business customers and distributors.

- Respond to customer requests and queries related to their orders and logistics (mainly via email).

- Be a contact for distributors, build strong relationships and become trusted advisor in supply chain and order management areas.

- Communicate with logistics providers and supply chain partners concerning order status inquiries.

- Cooperate with Brown-Forman’s internal departments, provide and exchange information on customers' orders and stock situations.

Order Fulfillment
- Receive, validate and process orders for customers through SAP ERP system.

- Track order fulfilment progress, identify risk, propose changes to ensure on time order deliveries.
- Proactively seek opportunities to update orders, prevent delays, and ensure ontime shipments.
- Process and issue order documentation, adhere to established timelines.
- Ensure high quality of customer and order master data.
- Use multiple reports (e.g.  production plans, planned shipment reports) and other sources of information for proactive order management.

What You Bring to the Table


- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations in international business environment (preferable areas of customer service, order management or supply chain).
- Experience in related work within a changing and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information.
- Experience working with a supply chain system, ideally SAP.

- Language Proficiency: fluent in English, both spoken and written.
