We are seeking a poised, service-driven Customer Service Representative / Receptionist who understands that excellence in veterinary care begins at the front desk.
Serve as the first and final impression of the hospital
Provide a polished, client-centered experience in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage multi-line phones
Support seamless patient flow through strong communication with medical staff
Process invoices and payments accurately
Maintain organized, detailed medical records
Offer empathy and professionalism during both routine and emotionally sensitive visits
You take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard. You are dependable, composed under pressure, and attentive to the needs of others. You communicate clearly and honestly, treat clients and teammates with respect, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Qualifications
1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience (veterinary preferred)
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other small animals
Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience
