崗位職責:
1. 提供即時運營支援,確保生產順暢、高效並保持良好品質。
2. 根據主計畫監控生產績效,協調跨職能行動以解決問題,並作為客戶溝通的主要連絡人,負責樣品交付、進度風險以及問題處理等相關溝通。
任職要求:
1. 大學以上學歷, 具備英文溝通能力,口语精通
2. 一年以上 專案管理或製程改善 相關經驗。有客诉的处理经验,
3. 熟悉QC的手法及工具如8D等
4. 有導入新流程,系統改善,效率提升的實績者佳。
