What you will do

Full time Administrative Assistant to join our FireMaster team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer’s requests to complete vendor forms or packets and administrator of customer required compliance sites. Request certificates of insurance from insurance agency. Print and mail accounts payables checks. Print the direct deposit advices from the Franchisee payroll after it has been processed and mail. Uploading of invoices to the web portal tracker. Submission of compliance forms for LAHJ. Support team member and management team as needed.

How you will do it

  • Complete Vendor Forms/packets per customer requirements
  • Maintain Compliance Sites per customer requirements
  • Request Certificates of Insurance
  • Print AP checks and mail
  • Print Franchise Owner direct deposit advices and mail
  • Assist the Franchise Development Department as needed
  • Daily maintaining of EDI web portal submissions and resolution to disputed submissions
  • Uploading of inspection reports to LAHJ compliance sites
  • Any other tasks asked by Management as needed

What We Look For

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, action oriented, ability to work with stringent timelines and collaborate across departments
  • Candidate should be a self-starter able to work independently
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Candidate must be capable of working in a busy and fast paced environment without difficulty
  • Candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and show excellent time management skills
  • Candidate must be an effective team player willing to support team members and Management team
  • Candidate should be a self-motivator willing to exceed expectations

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17-$21.60 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
