Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customers and ensure effective communication between the customer and manufacturing plant.
  • Provide on-site support for customer quality issues and perform prompt analysis of failure cases at customer plants.
  • Coordinate sorting activities at customer plants and warehouses to contain quality issues.
  • Manage defective part replacement and return processes between customers and the manufacturing site.
  • Support Choongju plant 4M approval activities related to molding products.
  • Coordinate quality activities for new HV molding projects, ensuring proper quality planning and execution.
  • Communicate customer quality requirements and feedback to the manufacturing plant and relevant internal teams.
  • Drive timely resolution of customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in customer quality management, issue resolution, and supplier/manufacturing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, etc.).
  • Experience with new project quality management and customer communication.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English for customer communication and reporting.
