Role purpose
You own quality outcomes for Salesforce delivery from Ireland. You prevent defects through early engagement, strong test strategy, and close partnership with engineering and product teams. The role reports to a US-based leader and supports globally delivered releases.

Key responsibilities
• Own test strategy for Salesforce work delivered from Ireland
• Embed with agile teams and engage early during design and refinement
• Influence architecture and design decisions through a quality lens
• Drive test automation where coverage delivers the highest risk reduction
• Validate releases across development, test, staging, and production environments
• Coordinate quality handoffs with onshore and offshore teams
• Track escaped defects and lead actions to reduce recurrence
• Raise quality risks early and challenge delivery tradeoffs when needed

Salesforce and technical scope
• Apex test coverage and complex data setup
• Lightning Web Component UI testing
• API and integration testing across internal and external systems
• Regression automation strategy and maintenance
• Release validation, smoke testing, and post-deploy verification

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience accepted in place of a formal degree

Minimum qualifications
• Six plus years of QA or test engineering experience
• Three plus years testing Salesforce platforms in production environments
• Experience working in agile delivery teams
• Strong written and spoken English
• Legal right to work in Ireland

Preferred qualifications
• Ownership of quality strategy, not only test execution
• Hands-on automation experience using modern test frameworks
• Comfort pushing back on scope, timelines, or release readiness to protect quality

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€35,000.00 - €90,000.00
