Lead the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline by collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Conduct detailed process analysis, identify inefficiencies, develop comprehensive process documentation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing regular project status updates.

Representative Responsibility:

-Drive the end-to-end RPA projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, and timeline.

-Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including business owners, RPA Engineers, and management to ensure alignment and progress tracking.

-Become familiar with processes in various teams throughout the organization.

-Embrace the basic principles of the internally developed waste-identification methodology.

-Record selected processes for automation and analyze recordings.

-Perform time measurement for time studies and Industrial Engineering (IE) Reviews.

-Assist in measurement for time studies and IE reviews.

-Enter data and contribute to data processing.

-Develop comprehensive Process Definition Documents (PDD) and To-Be process maps, ensuring clarity and alignment with business requirements.

-Create documentation and presentations for team's management to present the results and improvements.

-Conduct detailed process analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, discrepancies, non-value adds, defects, etc.

-Identify the root cause of process gaps and propose non-robotic improvements.

-Recognize business processes suitable for optimization, automation or robotics.

-Describe business processes identified as possible automation opportunities.

-Use JIRA Tool for Project tracking; prepare JIRA user stories and adequate IT Review user stories for deployments.

-Conduct SME and process owner guidance to understand and validate processes, resulting in getting official approvals for each part of the documentation.

-Create and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

-Assist and support RPA Engineers during the development and provide all process details.

-Participate in and/or conduct testing related to the implementation of automation solutions.

-Ensure necessary on-time Arch Review approvals and Account Creation for UiPath solutions.

-Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders.

Basic requirements:

·Basic process analysis and workflow optimization

·Time studies and basic efficiency measurement

·Basic statistical knowledge

·Competency in Adonis, JIRA, and MS Office Tools

·Organizational and planning skills

·Innovative and solution-oriented mindset

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines

·Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency

·Familiarity with process analysis and mapping
