What You Will Do:

  • Identifying areas of significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities and provide strategic direction & through leadership
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, SIPOCs and compliance-related policies
  • Managing the life cycle of documents from creation to archiving, maintaining the freshness factor
  • Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and possible implications on the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams; multiple geographies to run a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvement through multiple disciplines
  • Lead and Implement business process improvement projects
  • Lead the deployment of on-going business optimization and improved customer experience initiatives.
  • Handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Define innovative solutions (process and systems) to loosely defined business problems.
  • Drive continuous improvements across teams using company specific processes
  • Tools you need to be successful:
  • Exposure to project management or process excellence preferably in areas of customer service and / or operations and / or supply chain
  • Experience / know-how of business transformation specifically in managing and driving innovation, transformation projects along with change management with internal & external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in process documentation – Standard Operating Procedures, Process Maps, SIPOCs etc.
  • Prior experience in Confluence and JIRA is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Affinity to details and ability to present facts and figures related to projects
  • Ability to effectively influence & motivate others
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to work with multiple partners.
  • An inquisitive mind that challenges the norm and leverages lessons learned to drive enterprise change

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • University Degree or equivalent and minimum 2-5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years experience
  • Seasoned professional contributor. May manage small projects or processes.
  • Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
  • Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on operational results within work area.
  • Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues, work areas or specialties. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus.
  • Project management/ Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBi would be an advantage
  • Experience of working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions
  • Experience leading projects, past business process owner experience a plus
  • Past and proven customer experience
  • Adaptability, business judgement, teamwork
