Main responsibilities
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies for our immunology-respiratory portfolio, implementing the Go-To-Customer model to enhance product adoption and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (pulmonologists, allergists, and similar specialists), key opinion leaders, and healthcare organisations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, medical, and legal requirements.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Drive the execution of promotional activities and monitor key performance indicators related to product performance in Asthma and COPD.
• Use CRM tools effectively to capture customer interactions, preferences, and insights that inform strategic planning.
• Work cross-functionally with medical, market access, and sales teams to ensure an aligned and consistent customer approach.
• Partner with patient advocacy groups to better understand patient needs and improve disease awareness.
About you
Experience:
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or customer engagement, with demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships.
• Prior experience in respiratory, immunology, or allergy is strongly preferred.
Soft and Technical Skills:
• In-depth understanding of the immunology and biologic treatment landscape.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and excellent project management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy for patient needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in a changing healthcare environment.
• Self-motivated with high ethical standards.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Languages:
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
