We are seeking a highly motivated, detail- and result-oriented Customer Analytics and Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team at PruBSN Takaful. This person will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data, generating insights, and driving customer-centric strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics, data interpretation, and a passion for understanding customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to stakeholders’ behavior and preferences.
  • Stakeholder Segmentation: Develop and implement the segmentation frameworks to better understand and targeting
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholders Funnel Management: Analyze sell and purchase journeys throughout the funnel and identify key touchpoints to enhance the experience and satisfaction.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast sell and purchase behavior, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, agency development, data and customer service teams to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Market Research: Assist on conduct and review market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in data science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the takaful. insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or similar. Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
