What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications.
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures.
- Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments.
- Capability to perform equipment checks, identify issues, and support basic maintenance.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, physically active settings with changing priorities.
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills to support daily production goals.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
