General Responsibilities :
1. Implement daily briefings on quality, safety talk and carry out the work in accordance with the instructions given by superiors and can carry out the work either direct or indirect supervision.
2. Reporting the masalab that occurred to his superiors both foreman and officer associated with disruption of the production process.
3. Perform PK acceptance and PK storage activities.
4. Conducting CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Tightening, Lubrication) activities on plant equipment.
5. Undertake work disciplined and resolved.
6. Responsible for maintained equipment and equipment.
7. Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors.
8. Ask the work instructions on foreman what will be done before the shift change runs.
9. Conducting receipt and handling of chemical hexane according to established procedure.
10. Retrieve the results of PK and QC checking data.
11. Record daily silo operational data on logbook and logsheet.
12. Ensure all PK transfers are running well.
13. Report to the production foreman of each transfer recording result before over shift.
14. Monitoring and inspecting the operation of production machinery and reporting to the supervisor or related department if it finds an abnormality.
15. Responsible and participate in maintaining a conducive, comfortable and comfortable working environment.
16. Implement the work in accordance with the procedures and work instructions.
17. Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.
18. Implement the 5R1SQu program and coordinate with the boss for the need to improve the program.
19. Maintain and keep working discipline in full awareness.
20. Apply the system of integration management effectively (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPOS, SJH, ISCC, RSPO, HVOPFAD Certification Scheme, SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
21. Reporting problems that occur, related to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to his supervisor.
