Job Summary

To provide specialist advise and support related to portfolio analysis or services, in order to achieve defined sales targets and to meet client needs, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description

  • Business requirements documentation (co-ordinate, write, align, sign-off, implementation and testing)
  • Manage and maintain data/information handling compliance to policies and standards
  • Stakeholder engagements (business (client), partners (tech team))
  • Support and enable the CRES technology framework
  • Analyse various types of data (Data validations and testing)
  • Understand the foundations of system and information integration
  • Systems: Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)  

Education

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
