MIS Preparation: Compile and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for tracking productivity, exceptions, and overall process efficiency.
Administrative Support: Handle admin-related activities including coordination with internal teams, logistics for document movement, and maintaining filing systems.
Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of off-roll employees; ensure adherence to SLAs, provide training and support, monitor performance, and resolve operational challenges.
