Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role in games, entertainment, or digital
product development.
Deep understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and engagement loops.
Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to craft and articulate a compelling
vision.
Skilled at synthesizing qualitative and quantitative player insights into creative decisions.
Demonstrated success working with and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to
execution.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
Strong knowledge of creative disciplines including Game Design, Level Design, UX/UI, Art,
and Player Research.
Experienced and confident leader who builds, motivates, and develops high-performing
creative teams.
Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and process-management capabilities.
Solid understanding of the gaming market and evolving player expectations.
