Corporate Training Intern

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

As a Corporate Training Intern, you will gain hands-on experience learning the components and value of onboarding and corporate training practices.

The Corporate Training Intern will report directly to the ASI University Training Manager and work alongside other members of the training & development team.

This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $18.00 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the training managers to build new and improve existing training content.
• Data collection and analysis of training reports.
• Planning and implementing internal marketing campaigns.
• Administrative tasks as assigned (LMS, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Survey Monkey).

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented, fast learner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
• Working towards or completed bachelor’s degree in a business major, education, organizational management, or educational psychology.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis PowerPoint), Survey Monkey and LMS/Articulate is a plus.
