The Opportunity
As the Corporate Communications Partner, you will lead the development and execution of Fisher & Paykel Appliances’ internal communications strategy, ensuring our people are informed, aligned and connected to our priorities, culture and direction.
Operating at both a strategic and delivery level, you will partner closely with senior leaders, support key transformation initiatives and translate business priorities into clear, purposeful communication that strengthens organisational alignment, engagement and performance.

You will play a pivotal role in bringing our strategy and culture to life through high-quality, intentional internal communication. In a highly visible role, you will work closely with executives and senior stakeholders to craft messages that cut through complexity, build clarity and help our people understand where the business is heading and why it matters.
You will design and deliver internal communications programmes that drive transparency, connection and alignment across a global organisation — from executive messaging and organisational updates to transformation communications and engagement initiatives. Through this work, you will reinforce trust, strengthen our people brand and ensure communication consistently supports performance, culture and long-term growth.
So, who are you?
You are a strategic communicator with the judgement and credibility to operate confidently with senior leaders and within a complex, global organisation. You have a proven ability to translate business strategy into clear, compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences and support organisational alignment.
Highly organised and outcomes-focused, you manage multiple priorities with precision while maintaining exceptional standards of written and verbal communication. You are trusted, discreet and confident influencing stakeholders, particularly in environments where clarity, consistency and trust are critical.
You bring experience in corporate and/or internal communications within a large, complex organisation, with a strong track record of delivering communication strategies, executive messaging and engagement initiatives that drive understanding and impact. Curious, collaborative and proactive, you take ownership, operate with pace and are comfortable navigating change and evolving priorities.
Above all, you recognise that effective communication is a strategic enabler — building connection, reinforcing culture and helping people perform at their best.
