JOB POSITION
 

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior QA Engineer, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.  
• The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
   

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate API functionalities using tools like Postman.
• Utilize Selenium for web automation testing, ensuring thorough coverage and efficiency.
• Apply Core Java skills to design and implement test frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Manage version control and collaborate on code using Git processes.
• Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test scripts and automation processes.
• Strong capability in manual testing to ensure intricate scenarios are validated.
• Leverage JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION
 

• B. Tech /B.E. /MCA
   

EXPERIENCE
 

• 5+ years of experience on Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java (hands-on knowledge on scripting, execution)..
• Work experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
   

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 

• Proven experience in API automation testing.
• Proficient in web automation using Selenium.
• Strong command of Core Java programming.
• Familiarity with Git processes for version control and collaboration.
• Extensive experience in manual testing techniques and practices.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking defects and managing workflows.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Jenkins expertise for continuous integration is an added bonus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail oriented, Eagerness to work in a team environment.
• Good Communication skills.
