About The Team
The Office of Quality and Standards (OQS) is a collaborative and supportive team that provides central services to strengthen academic quality and ensure regulatory and international compliance across Murdoch University.
The Office supports the University’s culture of quality through educational policy development, curriculum management, student integrity, quality assurance, compliance and improvement activities and international functions.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across the University, OQS also leads strategic programs aligned with the University’s vision, driving continuous improvement in academic standards, processes and data quality.
Within OQS, the Student Integrity Services team plays a key role in upholding academic integrity and student conduct, contributing to a fair, consistent and high‑quality learning environment.
Your New Role!
As the Coordinator, Student Integrity Services, you will contribute to a proactive and evolving approach to student integrity within the university environment. You will manage student misconduct cases, ensure procedural fairness, and develop insights that inform decision‑making and strengthen practice in line with emerging sector trends. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support consistency, quality and shared learning in student integrity practice.
Key duties:
Manage student discipline cases from end to end, including collecting and analysing information, conducting student interviews, supporting investigations, and preparing correspondence.
Provide clear advice to staff and students on student integrity policies and procedures.
Assist staff with detecting and reporting student misconduct
Develop and deliver analytical reports for various audiences on student integrity trends and outcomes.

This Fixed Term (11 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $91K – $109K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Tertiary qualification and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education and training.
Experience with a range of information management systems.
Knowledge of policies and procedures and statutory requirements as they relate to academic integrity and student discipline.
Understanding of the role and purpose of student integrity in a higher education environment.
Ability to identify national or international trends and best practices in an area, analysing implications of these for the institutional practice and recommending change.
