Coordinates among HR to collect information/data that support HR processes. Ensures that documentation is completed and processes are properly followed. (40%)
Answers general HR questions from employees. May assist with onboarding, recruiting, or other general HR functions. (30%)
Assists with data collection and analysis as needed for compliance, reporting, and other projects. (15%)
