Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality, fresh, and regional dishes with a focus on sustainability, health, and seasonality in institutional catering

  • Preparing meals for events and catering—from small meetings to special occasions—with ample opportunity for creativity, personal ideas, and culinary expression

  • Ensuring consistently high quality—from preparation and presentation to serving the food

  • Actively advising and communicating with our guests during meal service in the company cafeteria

  • Collaborating on the further development of our menu offerings and contributing your own ideas and creativity

  • Actively helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations in collaboration with the entire kitchen team

  • Consistent adherence to and implementation of our quality standards, hygiene requirements, and HACCP guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a chef

  • Experience in upscale or Michelin-starred restaurants is desirable

  • Some experience in institutional catering

  • Enthusiasm and passion for fine cuisine

  • You impress with your exceptional dedication to service and friendliness

  • You are a committed, reliable, natural, and positive person

  • Your work hours are Monday through Friday; weekend work is possible
