As GeForce NOW grows, we are seeing the need to scale our development to an organization that can respond around the clock when our GFN infrastructure tools need attention. The team has been able to contribute to onboarding, automated patching, and on-call support, we have begun to expand our involvement and have taken on development tasks in programming, project support, and analytics. This additional workload - as well as increasing onboarding pressure - has increased the demands on the team. Having additional team members is critical to support the demands of a growing product line.
We are looking for a motivated content engineering Intern to join the Israeli onboarding team and help ensure high-quality, reliable content delivery on the GeForce NOW service. This role is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience working with large-scale cloud systems, live production environments, and global teams.
As part of the onboarding team, you will work on onboarding new games and platforms, monitoring live systems, investigating content-related issues, and improving internal tools and processes.
What you'll be doing:
Become part of a content engineering team dedicated to powering the reliability and operational excellence of the GeForce NOW service! where your work directly impacts millions of gamers worldwide.
Take part in on-call rotations, proactively monitor content health, and support real-time incident investigation and resolution.
Work closely with global onboarding, operations, and cross-functional support teams across multiple time zones to ensure smooth content delivery and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain automations to support content validation, verification, and operational efficiency.
Produce and maintain clear documentation covering new features, workflows, and operational procedures.
Onboard new content to the GeForce NOW service, including games, add-ons, and platform integrations.
What we need to see:
A student currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and fundamentals.
Programming experience in C# and Python.
Familiarity with Git.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities, with the capacity to follow technical documentation, understand system behavior, and view issues from a broader system perspective.
Clear and effective verbal and written English communication skills, collaborative, and a team player.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Lua.
Familiarity with containers or virtual machines (Docker, VMs).(Relevant for the sec JD)
Experience with monitoring or alerting tools (PagerDuty, Grafana, reliability-oriented or similar).
Interest in gaming, game platforms, or streaming technologies.
Previous internship, personal project, or coursework related to systems, DevOps, or infrastructure.
