The Content Marketing Consultant will develop and implement strategic content initiatives that inform, engage, and elevate Kainos’ reputation among target accounts. This role involves creating a diverse range of high-impact materials - including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, videos, and press releases- and managing their distribution across key channels such as social media and email.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop compelling content, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and enhance brand visibility. Your role is to clearly communicate our value proposition, engage target audiences, and support the sector’s overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement impactful content strategies that inspire, engage, and persuade target audiences.
  • Develop compelling content across multiple channels, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies and whitepapers 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver accurate, compelling content based on buyer personas, supporting growth accounts and strategic pursuits.
  • Manage media relationships, support press releases, media kits, and coordinate interviews or events.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on KPIs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum (essential) requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing or marketing communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats (blogs, whitepapers, award entries, social media, email, video).
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate complex information into compelling content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance, derive insights, and optimise marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Desirable:                     

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation for digital channels and AI search.
  • Experience with PR, media relations, and influencer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Ability to craft content that aligns with sales enablement and strategic account growth.
  • Creative thinking and ability to innovate in content formats and campaign approaches.
