About the role

Drive high-impact initiatives for the Regulatory Compliance content organisation, including the global content roadmap, strategic collaborations and integrations, custom content creation for key customers, and inter-business content/process alignment. Acts as a program lead to translate strategy into executed projects with measurable outcomes.

We offer a hybrid working model and the position can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Responsibilities

1) Global Content Roadmap & Portfolio

  • Facilitate roadmap definition, prioritisation, and governance; ensure alignment to commercial strategy and customer needs.
  • Track delivery across jurisdictions; flag risks and dependencies early; drive resolution.
  • Synthesize insights from customers, sales, and usage analytics into portfolio recommendations.

2) Strategic Collaborations & Integrations

  • Lead special projects with external partners and internal platforms to integrate content and workflows.
  • Define business cases, success metrics, and pilot plans; manage legal/commercial coordination as required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional squads to deliver outcomes.

3) Custom Content & Solutions

  • Scope and deliver bespoke content packages and accelerators for key customers.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to standards for quality, maintainability, and IP considerations.
  • Create reusable assets and playbooks to scale repeatable solutions.

4) Process & Inter-business Alignment

  • Document and harmonise core content processes across regions/business units.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to remove bottlenecks and reduce time-to-value.
  • Establish lightweight PMO practices for reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

C. Measures of Success (indicative)

  • On-time delivery of priority initiatives and pilots, with defined ROI and customer value.
  • Improved cross-business alignment metrics (e.g., fewer handoffs, reduced cycle times).
  • Positive customer feedback for custom solutions; asset reuse across regions.

D. Autonomy

  • Operates with substantial autonomy; accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives within governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law required, with preference for information management, business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in content/product/program roles delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence across functions and geographies.
  • Experience with partner integrations and/or custom solution delivery.
  • Proficiency with project tooling (e.g., Asana) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Program leadership; planning & prioritisation; risk management.
  • Collaboration; communication; customer-centricity.
  • Analytical thinking; problem solving; adaptability.
