What will you do?

  • Screen résumés and conduct structured phone/video screens and administer skills tests or work samples where relevant.
  • Coordinate interviews and train team leaders on structured interviewing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
  • Work within hiring budgets and balance sourcing costs with talent quality.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a top employer through networking, recruitment marketing, and positive candidate experiences.
  • Gather team leaders and interview feedback to inform improvements.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting, and industry events to attract top talent.
  • Provide insights on competitor hiring practices, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
  • Respond quickly during unexpected talent shortages, hiring freezes, or periods of rapid growth.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to executives and leadership teams.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

  • Having at least 3 years of working experience in the same field in aforeign corporation
  • Experience: Proven experience as a TA specialist, recruiter, or similar HR role.
  • Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
