Job Details

Reporting to the VP International Total Rewards, the Compensation Manager – Pay Transparency & Incentives will support/lead the development and evaluation of global and European pay equity strategies, that ensure fair, equitable, and competitive pay across all international markets. This role also oversees the governance of international incentives, and partners with HR, Legal, Finance, broader International TR team to ensure compliance, alignment and ensures timely, high-quality delivery of priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of International Total Rewards in delivering the EU Pay transparency strategy

  • Contribute to the development of the international local bonus plan re-design and implementation

  • Key role in the execution of the annual compensation planning and bonus processes

  • Manage participation in external compensation surveys, analyzing results to inform our compensation strategy and pay positioning

  • Develop reporting and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights that inform our compensation strategy

  • Deliver on statutory and internal reporting requirements, such as UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting

  • Collaborate with, and provide support and guidance to, our HR Business Partnering teams on international bonus policies and processes

  • Ensure accuracy and upkeep of compensation data in Workday Prism for Local Incentives

  • Collaborate across International TR team and HRSS

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field;

  • 5–10+ years of global compensation experience, with demonstrated expertise in pay equity and incentive design.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, regression modeling, and compensation analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with global pay regulations and pay transparency laws.

  • Previous experience in a Total Rewards Manager or Compensation Manager role

  • Previous experience working with job evaluation methodologies, ideally Mercer IPE

  • Previous experience working with compensation surveys, WTW, Mercer and Radford

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple cultures and regions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.

  • Analytically minded and detail-oriented

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • An understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Previous experience working in a growing or evolving Total Rewards function is highly desirable

  • Previous experience using Workday and the Advanced Compensation module is highly desirable
