Join Deloitte’s Commercial Strategy team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer-led transformation for leading clients.

This position offers the chance to lead high-impact projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, leveraging Deloitte’s broad capabilities to deliver innovative go-to-market propositions. Key skills and prior experience

  • Extensive consulting experience in Customer or Commercial Strategy and Digital Transformation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering projects across B2B and B2C environments, including Digital Transformation, Sales & Service Excellence, Channel Transformation, and Customer Experience Improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience engaging senior executives to align transformation initiatives with commercial priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership of diverse, cross-functional teams, ideally with experience in agile environments and a passion for people development.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Collaborating with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities and develop future transformation roadmaps.
  • Translating business and technology insights into customer-centric strategies and tangible execution plans.
  • Leading and managing projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Coaching and developing junior team members to build capability and support talent growth.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities across the North-South Europe market.
  • Driving the creation of internal thought leadership, propositions, and market insights.
  • Working closely with creative, technical, and delivery experts to integrate diverse perspectives into client solutions.
  • Supporting internal initiatives related to proposition design, industry events, and knowledge sharing.
