Your new opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Commercial Valuer to join our Sydney team. Working across a diverse market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space, with the ability to develop into other asset classes, this individual will hold their Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification. Commercial Valuation experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

What sets you apart from the rest:

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on providing quality valuations, servicing customers and continuing to grow your career and skillset in the Commercial Sector as well as meeting the following criteria:

• 3 years + experience as a CPV (preferred)
• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• Strong knowledge base and understanding of the commercial property industry
• Excellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
• A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude
