As our CloudOps Engineer, you will join a lean, hands-on team where you’ll wear multiple hats.

This is a hands-on operations role requiring solid engineering skills. Your primary responsibility

is to operate, maintain, and automate our core integration platforms (Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue,

Airflow).

You will be a key player on the front lines, acting as the primary support (L1/L2) and escalation

point (L3), monitoring jobs, and ensuring the stability of the entire stack. We're looking for a

skilled engineer who is focused on operational excellence, troubleshooting, and keeping our

critical systems running smoothly.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

Orchestration & Support:

  • Handle the full support lifecycle for scheduled jobs across all environments—from primary monitoring and triage (L1/L2) to L3 escalation and ownership.

  • Lead deep-dive troubleshooting efforts for environment and production issues, performing advanced root cause analysis (RCA).

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain data orchestration pipelines using Airflow.

  • Act as the key support contact and technical owner for all AWS services supporting the platforms.

Infrastructure & Platform Management:

  • Configure, patch, and maintain stable Linux and Windows Server environments for all core platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud (EC2).

  • Use Terraform to manage, deploy, and maintain infrastructure, services, and applications.

  • Manage, support, and back up MySQL databases and other application data.

  • Assist users with the installation and setup of platform-related tools.

Automation & Documentation:

  • Proactively create and automate support processes to eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent future incidents.

  • Create and maintain clear operational runbooks and technical support documentation.

  • Set and lead hand-off meetings to review the business and customer impact of deployment artifacts.

  • Perform other similar and related duties as required.

CI/CD & Deployment:

  • Build, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and procedures for the

  • Boomi, UiPath, AWS Glue, and Airflow platforms.

  • Manage all build deployments to SIT, UAT, and Production environments, enforcing strict version and quality control.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the building, packaging, and deployment processes.

  • Manage and support Git source control repositories

Foundational Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: BS in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience.

  • Core Interest: Genuine passion for DevOps culture, automation, and running reliable,scalable systems.

  • Team Attitude: You must have a "roll-up-your-sleeves" and "no-task-is-too-small" mindset. In a lean team, we all pitch in.

  • AI Acumen: Practical familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning workflows.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively withpartners from various backgrounds.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to master new technologies.

Core Technical Skills:

  • AWS SysOps: You must have a strong, hands-on background in AWS operations. You'll be working directly with core infrastructure such as EC2, SG, IAM, VPC, Route53, NLB and platform services such as RDS, AWS Glue, EKS. You need to know how to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot this stack.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Airflow or a similar platform for developing, scheduling, and monitoring workflows is essential.

  • Operating Systems: Proven experience in managing, hardening, and troubleshooting both Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.) and Windows Servers.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven experience with Terraform is required for managing and deploying infrastructure. Familiarity with Ansible or CloudFormation is a Plus

Scripting: You need to be comfortable and proficient in the command line.

  • Shell Scripting (Bash, sh): Essential for automating daily tasks, managingbuilds, and troubleshooting.

  • Python: A solid foundation is required for writing automation scripts. You should be comfortable with basic scripts and have a strong willingness to apply and grow those skills to write Airflow DAGs

  • CI/CD: Demonstrable experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CDpipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).

  • Version Control: Fluency in Git. You'll be managing repositories, branching strategies,and supporting a team of users.

  • Database Familiarity: Experience with MySQL operations, including backup, restore,and basic troubleshooting, as mentioned in the responsibilities
