Job Description

Join our team as the Client Services Coordinator and help keep the heart of the health department running smoothly! You’ll lead front-desk and administrative operations, support clinic flow, and guide the team handling vital records and client services. If you love organizing, problem-solving, and helping a community stay healthy, this role is the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Jump in during busy times to support front-desk and registrar functions

  • Supervise, train, and support staff handling registration, insurance, and fees

  • Review schedules, assignments, and daily workloads

  • Serve as the go-to person for clinic procedures

  • Prepare reports on clinic operations (patient volume, satisfaction, vaccines, QA, etc.)

  • Keep communication flowing across teams and departments

  • Represent the department on key committees

  • Work with IT when scheduling or ECare issues pop up

  • Step into special duties during a public health emergency

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff of all backgrounds

  • Maintain compliance with all policies, regulations, and quality standards

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree in a related field or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of high-level administrative responsibility.

  • Excellent computer skills including the ability to do Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to compile and maintain databases.

  • Working knowledge of the principles and theories of public health; experience in operations.

  • Ability to analyze information and formulate effective plans for using information.

  • Sound judgment sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations.

  • Excellent communication skills including a high degree of professionalism and personal presence.

  • Considerable skill in facilitating problem solving.
