Job Description
Pollak & Pollak Wealth Management is an independent Ameriprise Financial advisory practice known for delivering a high-touch, comprehensive, and personalized client experience. What You’ll Do
Business Operations (50%)
• Partner with Ameriprise home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide clients with timely, accurate information related to account maintenance and service needs (within allowable guidelines).
• Maintain client files and records in accordance with regulatory and firm retention policies.
• Support advisors with administrative tasks and practice management initiatives.
• Offer insights on optimizing key platforms (MOD, Go Social, Advisor website, etc.) to drive practice efficiency.
Client Care & Relationship Support (50%)
• Maintain our client relationship management (CRM) system with accuracy and consistency.
• Initiate scheduling calls to clients and prospects; manage calendars efficiently.
• Draft client correspondence and handle client appreciation communications.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Execute client transaction requests under advisor direction.
• Coordinate client events, appreciation activities, and educational seminars.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and new-client interest.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of office or administrative experience (financial services preferred)
• Ability to obtain securities licensing (Series 7, Series 66) and state insurance licenses—preferred if already completed
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 DOE
Additional Compensation: Performance bonus, yearly bonus, profit-sharing opportunities

Base Pay Salary
The salary will be $65,000 – $100,000 DOEFull-Time/Part-Time
