The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to coordinate and drive cross‑functional delivery of the MM&A Claims strategy and program of work. This role is accountable for translating strategic intent into sustainable operational outcomes through disciplined portfolio and program management, strong stakeholder leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Operating without formal line management, you will work as a trusted delivery lead across multiple squads and functions, influencing outcomes, removing barriers, and enabling enterprise‑wide alignment.

Your new role
As a key driver of enterprise delivery, you will play a critical role in turning strategy into measurable outcomes across MM&A. You’ll provide strong governance, leadership, and insight to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a clear focus on customer and business value.
You will
Maintain an integrated delivery roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
Lead governance cadence, including steering forums, risk and issue management, and maintenance of audit‑ready artefacts.
Influence ELT, GMs, and cross‑functional leaders to resolve blockers and enable delivery at pace.
Embed regulatory and internal control requirements into delivery practices.
Produce data‑driven insights and performance reporting to support executive decision‑making.
Drive change readiness and adoption to embed new capabilities and ways of working across MM&A.
About you
You’re an experienced delivery and claims operations leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys turning strategy into tangible outcomes. You bring a strong balance of governance discipline, stakeholder influence, underpinned by a data-led approach.
You’ll also bring:
8–12+ years’ experience in claims operations, program delivery, or large‑scale transformation roles.
Proven governance and benefits realisation capability, including steering forums, risk and issue management, and audit‑ready documentation.
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and working effectively within complex matrix structures.
Strong data and digital integration expertise, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions and executive‑level reporting.
Demonstrated change management capability, driving readiness, adoption, and sustained business impact across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence operating at ELT and GM level.
A proactive, outcomes‑focused mindset, with the resilience to lead through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
