As Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Group & BGIUK Functions, you’ll play a vital role in making that purpose real. This is a senior leadership role shaping the technology strategy that supports our People, Finance and Corporate Functions across the UK and Group. Your work will help create resilient, secure and modern technology platforms that enable colleagues to do their best work every day — ultimately supporting better health outcomes.
You’ll lead long-term transformation, modernising legacy systems, strengthening resilience, improving financial controls and embedding product‑led ways of working. With responsibility for significant technology investment and complex partner ecosystems, this role offers the scale, influence and challenge expected of a Chief Information Officer operating at enterprise level.
