Position Summary
You will lead commercial strategy and execution for pharmacy and vaccination clinic channels across Vietnam. You will work closely with marketing, medical, supply, finance and field teams to grow access and reach for our preventive health solutions. - Develop and execute a clear commercial plan for pharmacy chains, private vaccination clinics, retailers and wholesalers that supports company objectives.
- Manage and grow key accounts to increase reach to patients and customers while protecting ethical standards and compliance.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and trade investment planning for the channel, ensuring alignment with annual planning cycles.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver integrated launches, promotions and channel-specific initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing field and account management team to deliver results and capability growth.
- Use market and performance data to identify opportunities, adjust tactics and report progress to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance of the pharmacy and vaccination clinic channel in Vietnam.
- Drive market development activities and commercial negotiations with national and regional accounts.
- Ensure executional excellence in trade plans, merchandising, and clinic engagement.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, local regulations and pharmacovigilance reporting.
- Represent the channel in cross-functional forums and contribute to country strategic planning.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive team environment focused on development and wellbeing.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- University degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical, vaccine or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing pharmacy chains, retailers, wholesalers or private clinics.
- Demonstrated people management experience with coaching and performance management.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with national key account structures and route-to-market models.
- Background in vaccination or preventive care channels.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong track record in change management and capability building.
- Experience using CRM or commercial analytics tools.
Working arrangement
This role is primarily on-site in Vietnam with some flexibility for hybrid working. Regular travel across the country will be required to meet customers and team members.
