Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change implementation lead within this role will work with the SVP of portfolio and planning to deliver the Digital and IT strategy and operating model. It will focus on working with our Senior leadership team and suppliers to deliver the operational model

What you will be doing:

  • You will work with the D & IT LT to define how the function will operate over the next 4 years include building out a road map for the functions operating model and will conduct a change impact analysis for the function
  • You will work closely with the LT and HR colleagues to assess future capability requirements for the function and work with the capability lead to agree talent pipelines and where capacity and resources are required
  • You will create a build, borrow, buy strategy for D & IT, and achieve sign off for this across all of D & IT and then work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver it
  • You will review Digital and IT processes with the governance lead and identify processes that are ripe for optimisation and streamlining and will drive these improvements to completion
  • You will build out the operating model map for the next 4 years

Position Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience with power point
  • Experience liaising with 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in business analysis
