With a range of exciting opportunities in our Rowville Support Office, we’re currently inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced Employee Relations Advisors.
About the Role:
As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you will provide timely and accurate advice and support across GPC’s Australia and New Zealand businesses. You will handle low-to-medium complexity employee relations matters including probation concerns, absenteeism, policy breaches, performance issues, ER queries, and support PCW lifecycle processes. You will work collaboratively with managers, team members, and People, Culture & Wellbeing stakeholders to foster positive workplace relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
This is a perfect role for someone with relevant experience, looking to strengthen their ER experience.
